With twenty-five years as an interior designer, I've spent my career learning how to spot a treasure and have developed a keen eye for evaluating an object's craftsmanship and quality. But I didn't always know Amsterdam. When I moved here from the United States, I spent that first year guessing where to go with a lot of trial and error. Since then, I’ve slowly built a network of local makers and shop owners, turned strangers into friends, and opened doors no guidebook can find.
